{"id":2135,"date":"2018-06-08T12:42:46","date_gmt":"2018-06-08T03:42:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cyclistwelcome.jp\/wp\/?p=2135"},"modified":"2020-03-28T17:53:34","modified_gmt":"2020-03-28T08:53:34","slug":"cwj-nasu11","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cyclistwelcome.jp\/en\/2135","title":{"rendered":"CWJ-NASU11 The Shiobara Hot Springs Hill Climb Route"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is a route that departs from JR Nasushiobara Station on the JR Tohoku Bullet Train (Shinkansen) Line and goes toward the Shiobara Hot Springs area, which is a picturesque hill climb and afterwards goes back to theShiobara Onsen Town.<br \/>\nAfter you pass through the long and narrow onsen area\u2019s roads while looking at the beautiful valley and suspension bridge, you go up the &#8220;Shiona Skyline&#8221;, which is a peaceful and amazing hill climb route.<br \/>\nThe Shiona Skyline comes to a dead-end after 8km.<br \/>\nAfter you fully enjoy the wonderful hill climb course, go down the hill again and enjoy the onsen district\u2019s atmosphere, then stay at one of the cycle-friendly hotels.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/images\/Route_nasu_11_SiobaraHillclime_0202.jpg\" \/>\n<p class=\"small gray\">Avoid the long tunnel on Route 400 (also called the &#8220;Gama Stone Tunnel&#8221;) and take the side road. This route is recommended to enjoy the beautiful scenery along the valley.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/images\/Route_nasu_11_SiobaraHillclime_0302.jpg\" \/>\n<p class=\"small gray\">The view of the mountain stream from the Nanatsu Iwa Suspension Bridge is very beautiful.
